Yesterday, Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services celebrated 75 years serving the community affected by mental health illnesses and helping suicides survivors and preventing suicides. I had the privilege of attending their Erasing the Stigma Awards Gala in Beverly Hills which was hosted by Melissa Rivers, who openly shared about her own father losing his life to suicide. It was a fantastic evening honoring Ana Arkana, Paul Dalio and Judy Collins for their work in advancing mental health awareness.
I performed at their Alive and Running 5k event last fall promoting suicide prevention and I am so glad they are making such a huge impact.
