Each week we’ll spotlight someone who is doing something notable to help empower others. This week’s EMPOWER Star of the Week is Saturday Night Live and Ghostbusters star, Leslie Jones, who has become Team USA’s #1 cheerleader with her enthusiastic tweets. Now she’s in Rio cheering the team on in person and definitely giving Team USA a morale boost wherever she goes. Not only that, she’s helping empower the heart, soul and mind of gold medalist, Gabby Douglas. Gabby has taken some unfair and hurtful criticism.
